I rooted my HTC one (Sprint) and installed Cyanogenmod. I forgot to make a back up of my stock RUU, when I updated my version something went wrong with the installation and I had to format my phone. All I have is my unlocked bootloader and CWM recovery, my PC recognizes the phone in fastboot but not ADB. I have tried re locking the bootloader and intalling the RUU but it does not work because of S-ON. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Go into fastboot and type the command "fastboot oem lock" in the CMD window.

Then, Download the RUU here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658910

Extract it, and run the ARUWizard.exe. I actually did this just yesterday with my Sprint HTC One, so I can verify that it works.

That is the file I use and the program it runs but fails because of S-ON I believe.

What version of Android were you on before? Did you upgrade to Sense 6 ever OTA? We will likely need the 5.0 RUU then.
