HTC phone with sprint

Hello, I just bought a HTC phone from my brother in law that had sprint service before and i was wondering if i can activate a plan from sprint to this phone.

If your phone is unlocked or is locked but to the sprint network, then getting a plan from sprint should be no problem. I suggest you contact sprint and check what plan they have on offer.
