Solved! Huawei Mate SE fell into water

My cell phone (Huawei MATE SE), fell into the water. It turns on ok, but no response on touch. I took it to a store, they performed what they called "chemical bath" but it didn't work.
I need to buy the whole display, and I have to look for it by myself (buy on USA and send to my country). Where can I buy it? and, the MOST IMPORTANT, what is this display specification? Can you guys help me find the exact model for this cell phone?
