Hwinfo gadget wont display info

hey guys i have a question.

my hwinfo gadget wont display any info it just says
"Error reading Monitor"

Virtual memory commited'

i do have the actual program running.
if i knew how to put a screenshot on this post i would ( if i put a link to my Facebook photo album would you guys be able to see it? ).
can any one shed some light on this problem.

I think you probably mean "Error rendering monitor"

Make sure HWINFO is closed.

Delete the following folder shown in bold type: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\HWiNFOMonitor

Restart HWINFO.

This will reset HWINFO settings back to defaults.

that worked thank you i didn't realize it was that easy and yes i meant rendering
