HyperX Cloud 1 or 2?

Hi, I want to get either the Kingston HyperX Cloud 1 or 2 headset, but am having trouble deciding between them. I know that the advantages of the Cloud 2 are memory foam headband, 7.1 surround sound, and a noise cancelling mic. I want to know if the 7.1 is good and if it is worth the extra 20 bucks since that is the only extra feature I care about. Please tell me if there are other advantages. I plan to mainly use it for gaming. My computer is custom:

MOBO: Asus Maximus VI hero
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
GPU: Asus gtx 760

I would recommend spending the extra money for the IIs. I own a pair and I enjoy them.
