Hyperx Cloud 2 only 4800kz (Headset and Mic )

Hey guys just bought the Cloud 2 Hyper X today because i heard from a lot of people that is a really good Headset. I came home plugged it in with the USB soundcard device and the sound was Awefull compared to my other 25€ Headset that had 192000 hz and i´ve been looking if some one had the same problem and knew how to fix that. Is there a way to fix it ?

Add on : Also ive noticed wehn i plugg the Headphones in without the USB Soundcard Device than i can turn the Hz Frequency way more up, but i only get sound from the left HeadCup

Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 (MS-7693)
CPU: AMD Fx 8320e
GPU: R9270x oce Dual

ya know what buddy. kingston has great aftersales care and most problems with the hyperx was solved by kingston. ive been involved in some of these problems and come to find out kingston fixed or repaired headsets for free.

try them first. if its a hardware problem like a mobo or ram then ya, you need other help. but try them first.
