HyperX Cloud II vs Plantronics GameCom 780

The HyperX Cloud II isn't out yet, other than review units, so I don't expect people will have firsthand experience but from reading the reviews of the people who have gotten their hands on the HyperX Cloud II it seems very good, similar to the HyperX Cloud except with surround sound and a better microphone.

Lots of good reviews on the GameCom 780 as well (or I guess 788 but I haven't checked on that version), so I'm torn between the two.

Leaning towards the HyperX Cloud II though, but wondering what people's opinions are between the two.

So to answer my own question here for anyone that might search and find this, from my research there seems to be enough people having issues with the Plantronics GameCom 780 snapping at the plastic part next to the earphones that I would not consider buying it. The HyperX Cloud II seems a higher quality headset and the clear winner here.
