Just bought the hyper X cloud II and everything apart from mic volume is fine. On forums people are telling me to download some firmware but once i try to run it, it says https/gyazo.com/207857e120cb25442a2b9ca812ccc15b . Please help =D

"hyperx cloud ii audio fw device not found" when i try to download the firmware provided by kingston.
