hyperxcloud 2 dont work well with asus xonar u7

bought asus external sound card xonar u7, connecting the cloud HyperX 2, the sound comes out with little intensity and hear many noises.
When I use the Sennheiser HD 518 with the sound card, everything works perfectly. the HyperX always worked perfectly, and continue to work, long as it is not connected to the sound card (work well using 3.5mm jack on pc or phone or with usb. when the jack is not fully engaged in this sound card, i can hear well. Anyone know what's going on?

There is a connector issue between the HpyerX and the sound card going by the fact that if the connector is a bit out it sounds better. Happens time to time, the connections just happen to be off just enough that using the two of them together has issues.

You should be able to modify the sound card jacks though, see if you can set a different jack to be a headphone out.
