I am having the same Problem in my lenovo ideapad 100 laptop keyboard wrong characters are printed than written on the keys. I have windows 10. can anybody suggest me please.

Chances are that you're running a different language to the one the keyboard was made for.

Look in Control Panel>Language and check the Keyboard Layout setting.

You are lucky, you only have one keyboard to contend with!! I have 2 one on screen and one on my folio, here are some of the suggestions I have noted to try and get the english UK keyboard back, caps lock,shift,control keys all at the same time, then left and right shift with Alt, or left alt , right alt shift, and @ key
or shift control, or fn and f7 or f8
or best of all, take the numbers lock OFF, ps I havnt got one, and mine STILL types yankee
