I backed up my phone and Did factory reset. Now what do I do to get storage from sad card back onto my phone?

Run the same programme you used to back up the data and it should offer a Restore option. I hope it back up the card data as well. Have you checked to see if it's intact?

When you say run the same data used what do you mean? Metro PCS instructions on phone and the card is intact but still I can't recover some of my pictures or phone numbers

When you backed up the data, you used a programme. That programme will offer you the restore option. I can't understand how you still have "some of" your pictures or phone numbers missing.

That implies you have recovered some - how did you do that?
