I bought a brand new MxQ TV box to use on JVC tv. I think that I did the connections correctly, but not even the MxQ box image

Help me to get a brand new MxQ box to qork on my tv. I have done the installation but when I turn both on, there;s no image of the MxQ box on my tv screen

The order you boot the MxQ box and select it's HDMI input on the TV will affect how they handshake. If you have both on and then switch to the input then try booting the box after you select the HDMI input it's connected to.
Try a different HDMI input and cable,
Try the box on another TV. It could be DOA.
