I'm always having to buy a phone g poo r boyfriend and son so I got good deal on a Samsung S7 for a good price and so I went ahead and bought it I haven't used it because nobody's broke on the phone while now they have and the boy doesn't work at Metro anymore that I got it from and I can't find my receipt and now it's asking for a username and password that previously I had open the phone what should I do about this
