I bought the surround sound speakers z506 Logitech and only my right side speaker work NEED HELP !

Hi i bought the surround sound speakers z506 for my Alienware X51 and when i try to play music only my right hand side speaker play...but when i do the test all of them work... please if anyone know what would be the issue it would be nice to help me thank you !

Check your OS settings for sound. It sounds like you might have one of the settings set to play through the right side only. Either that, or the settings of what you're playing audio/video through has been defaulted to the right side only.

its realy strange i when im making sound check i only have the right rear right and rear left side playing i dont get any sound from the front and left

Definitely sounds like you have to adjust your output settings through Windows.
