I broke my headphone

The PCB's purpose is to provide some physical rigidity for the cabling. You can always put dabs of strategically placed epoxy to compensate.

can i solder the wires without the pcb? like directly to the speaker?

Why not? just like splicing two wires together. As long as they make contract, electricity will flow, after that u just have to "anchor" down the cable for strain relief.

but where do i solder the wires?

From the first picture, it look as if u did more than break the PCB, you pulled/broke one the wire coming from the driver itself. In this case you have to separate/disassemble the actual driver from its holder and you should see the broken wire behind it. Hope that thing is not glued shot, 'cuz then no hope.

are those the wires i need?

Well that's the red (positive) wire, the black (negative) wire is been pulled out and missing, YOU NEED BOTH right? is under the driver (middle dish). Once again if you can lift it up, is behind it. Not sure why the confusion. Two wires needs to attach to 2 other wires.

in the last picture it looks like there are 2 wires coming out of the red thing, could it be that those two are the positive and negative one?
