What kind of webcam is it? Brand? You can almost always find a driver online. Make and model if possible.

If its a built in one on a laptop or something, Provide the name of the laptop/desktop.

m having the driver which already installed in my lap, i dont know its product name. bt my laptop product name is acer. when i try to install some software from internet i cant get that also

This webcam is attached separately via a cable, or built into the laptop? There should be a model of the laptop listed somewhere on the display or the main screen area. Or the bottom.

Having that would help immensely.

- All Programs
- Acer Crystal Eye webcam
