i can get the Acer on but it wont let me go into any programs. i cant even click to see if i am connected to wifi.

when i log in i cant click anywhere or go anywhere it just dont go anywhere. i cant even click on the wifi to see if i am connected to the Internet. what are something i can do to troubleshoot this problem.

A bit more details are needed here. Are you saying that the keyboard won't type? or that the trackpad isn't moving?

If it is the trackpad, have you tried using an external mouse? If it is the keyboard, have you tried connecting an external keyboard?
