I can only select a high security password, but I want a patern password on my samsung galaxy s4.

Hi,

After years of using this phone (samsung galaxy s4) I wanted to get back to the old patern security instead of a code, but it is disabled.

When i go to my options to set a password the only one availible is "password, high security" the others are disabled with: " disabled by owner, encryption policy or storage credentials ( roughly translated ).

It sounds like you've got a VPN or something else with security certificates, or your device is encrypted.

Android won't let you use a pattern with these, because they don't think it's secure enough.
