I cannot log in on my laptap. It would start and when i key in its passwordthe display would show that it wont log in. Please

if it is that the keyboard working as it should you might want to flash the bios and reset the board password by the jumper pin on the board if the wrong password is entered to many times the PC enters a mode called temper mode which ignore all password due to security in the bios .

easier way is to re install windows OS if you are not familiarize with the term tamper mode as it can be a pain in the butt with most board
