i cant access my facebook account as it says they are reviewing my details and documents

You'll need to wait until they've finished what they're doing.

pretty much. they only do it when your account gets flagged for some reason. sometimes its something as innocuous as swearing/trolling other times its for spamming links. but it really could be anything. so yeah all you can do is wait till they have sorted it there end and hopefully they will let you back in.

Did you talk to Facebook support? Seems like that would be the place to go and ask.

Please don't post your email address online.

There's nothing we can do. You'll need to talk to facebook. They should have a contact link on the page where it says you're blocked.
