Solved! I cant access the factory reset in my MyA2 phone

I try the steps in accessing the factory reset in my myphone myA2 when the time I choose recovery mode the factory reset wont show up I really need to reset my phone

When you hold down the Volume Down button and press the power button at the same time, you should see a menu which shows Factory Reset as the seventh line.

That's done by design preventing you from getting to it unless you tap seven times on Build Number to get there. It's your protection from accidentally delete everything and start afresh.
