I cant connect my laptop to HDTV via HDMI. Please help.

I connected Fujitsu Laptop to my "SHARP AQUOS" HDTV but It didnt works.

Did you try pushing something like F11? Look for a symbol that looks like a screen. You might have to push a key like Alt + whatever F key it is.

The laptop screen should go black and then switch to the TV or it might run both screens at once.

Yeah I've done that. Also connect with different HDMI cables but still it doesnt works. The tv still doesnt get the signal.
