i cant figure out how to open my laptops cd drive, its an Aspire E 15 ES1C2FA,please help

It doesn't have one but you can buy a USB powered drive for the odd ooccasions you need one. The downside of that is you lose the use of two USB ports - one for power the other for data, while the drive is in use.

Anyone buying a modern laptop needs to check if it has an optical drive - many manufacturers are dropping them to trim the price.
