i cant find locker

i followed your exact steps and used your folder to locker my private folder. immediately after locking all my files, when i put the passwors it doesnt open the locker, when i double click the folder locker it keeps asking me for the password.am very sure that am using the very password that i used when locking. plz help me .am using win 10 pro
