I can't move tabs into my bookmarks bar or to a different window (Google Chrome)

hi,

this problem has started happening last week and it's so annoying because it has never happened before and is not happening on my other browsers (firefox.)

basically before i was able to move tabs into my bookmarks bar or if i had two google chrome windows opened, i could freely move tabs from one window to the other...NOW if i try to move a tab to my bookmarks bar i just creates another window for the tab im dragging, same goes for when i try to move a tab into another window, i end up with a new window for that tab...

please help

Usually, when I want to save anything as a bookmark, Chrome has a 'Save Bookmark" chortcut: it's CTRL + D.

When you hit CTRL+D, you can choose to save it on 'Bookmark Bar' which is the bar on your window, or in any folders you've set up for bookmarks.
