I cant reset my acer aspire E15

My acer aspice E15 cant reset. My laptop is getting kinda slow and i want to reset it but i cant reset it. If i shut it down it doesn't actually shut down it keeps the windows open and when i boot my laptop up the windows pop right up. Please help

So once go into the reset windows window it doesn't do it?
If thats the case you can download the windows media creation tool form microsoft and create a bootable usb stick. Then reinstall windows on your machine and download the drivers and you are good to go again. Keep in mind everything on the usb stick and harddrive will be erased (even when you do a reset within windows and tell it to no remove your files it can still remove them due to a bug so always have a backup).
