I can't type on my keyboard at all. Mouse and computer is working, I just can't type!

I can't type anything, numerals or letters. Mouse and laptop is working, just can't type

Try this...

1. Uninstall the keyboard driver.
2. Reboot the computer (yes, without reinstalling the driver just yet).
3. When the computer restarts it should reinstall the driver on its own.

I`m running win 10 Dell Laptop. Types fine in Edge browser but not at all in Chrome ever since I installed it.
Wouldn`t think it`s the driver.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest versions of chrome but no joy.
I have gone thru every setting.

then your keyboard works then ? just not in chrome, but if you open a notepad window you can type properly? if yes then its not a hardware problem but an app issue, Uninstall, run CCleaner and clean your registry, then reinstall chrome after a reboot
