All of these exercise articles that show the results of performing a certain exercise for a week are flawed. What value is there in writing an article about the results of an exercise that is only performed for one week? The individual was fit to begin with. Performing a certain exercise for a week will not make dramatic or long-term improvements. Other than feeling like the exercise focuses on a certain area and will have potential results sometime in the future or possibly being a little bit more sore than usual, the individual gains almost nothing notable.
