I did uninstall my battery adapter on laptop bcs the charging lights kept blinking. How can i fix this back? Tq so much

The charging battery kept blinking so i searched for some solutions. And i found from a blog suggesting to uninstall the battery adapter apps and reinstall it by scanning. But here i was stucked bcs idk where to reinstall it or scanning it.
