What happened with my s7
It fell down screen is alright but unresponsive buttons.are working but no touch is working

If it is not responding to touch, then the screen is either damaged more than you think, the connection from the screen to the phone was broke/dislodged, or there is something else dislodged inside. There is no way to know without opening up the phone and replacing/repairing the damaged part(s).

If the phone is under warranty, dropped or not, you should talk with the manufacturer and see what they would charge to fix it. Then try a local tech and see what they would price the work at. If it is all way to much, you would be better off getting a new phone.

Now if you feel comfortable opening it up and doing the work yourself, you can find lots of videos on how to repair certain phones online as well as find the parts you would need.
