I dropped my tablet and now it's colors are sort of colorblind...

So, s few weeks ago I dropped my Prestigio MultiPad and it it's screen cracked. I tried to turn it on and it was just showing black and blue lines all over the screen. After a few days it stopped showing the lines, but doesn't have normal colors. It sort of shows the vision of colorblind people, all the possible colors are black, white, yellow, blue, purple and the mixtures of it. Any solutions except buying a new one?

You can have the display replaced. That should resolve it. Or you can purchase a new tablet.
