I forgot my mobile password please reset

I use the swipe method on my galaxy. After update it asked for a password. when I put password in it said wrong password. I am strucling for a whole week with this. Please try to help me

that you forgot is part and parcel but wouldn't it be better to go to your local mobile shop and leave them show you how to fix it giving hielp on here togo around passwords is a no no but asking your shop isn't
