All Android phones require a Google account to be registered for service with a cell phone provider and that would have been done when you signed up for service when you bought your phone.
In these forums it's against forum rules to be asking for unlocking help since we cannot verify ownership or identity and we do not want to be known as the internets souce of unlocking devices and software.
You will have to take your phone to your cell phone service provider and have them help you with unlocking your phone , they will be able to verify ownership , identity and your contract with them.
