I format my dell laptop and now my laptop is not detcting graphic card . all my games are running slow including preinstalled

Try checking in the BIOS of the motherboard if the Graphics Card is #1 priority on the list, otherwise the integrated graphics could be running all the games.

Did you download all drivers from dell website. Perhaps you don't have the graphics drivers installed.
