Does the TV work with another signal source?

Can you try another signal source on the TV or try the antenna on another TV?

Need to determine if the indoor aerial is at fault or if the TV is at fault.

What make and model indoor aerial (antenna) are you using?

Do you have the User Guide Manual for the TV?

Be sure that you have connected the indoor aerial/antenna correctly and that you have selected that connection port via the TV's menu/configuration screens.

Swap out any cables with known working cables. Be sure that the connections are firmly in place. Especially coax. Disconnect and reconnect to ensure that cables are completely connected.
