I have a Samsung Mega 6.3 my question is I bought it from another store and they switch to plan a way to Page Plus but the network says Sprint now can I go over to another company

You would really need to call them about this. The carrier is the only one who can tell you if you are able to switch or not. Also, please note, most smaller carriers do use the networks of larger ones. It is easier than trying to invest in creating their own. They get the access, the larger carrier gets a fee, and you get a lower price.
