Solved! i had a dell 3567 series with i3,8gb ram,1tb harddisk and intel 520 hd graphics.

the problem is that i want to use solid works in my laptop and it goes on crashing due to my low graphics .so i want to install any other best graphics .internally.can it be changed

No you can't change the video card in your laptop.
