I had reset my samsung grand prime properly but now my mobile has stopped working?so what should I do?

I had reset my grand max properly and reboot also.after some time my mobile upgrade from kitkat to lolipop version.therefore my mobile functions are stopped working.so how could I downgrade to kitkat?

Your best bet would be to reset the device again. That should take it back to the original OS.
