i have 1800 toshiba laptops wen i formated it turn in smaller screen after reformatting. how can i turn it again in full screen display?

what OS do you have installed on it?

Try altering screen settings in Control Panel, Display.

If that doesn't fix it,
see the Toshiba support site for a driver pack that includes the video driver for your model.

reinstall the video drivers, like fihart said they should be available from the toshiba website.
