I Have 2 Lock Screens - Help

I'm and older man who just got this phone, Canvas Coolpad Android, and somehow I got 2 lock screens. The first requires no password. I have uninstalled or forced stopped every app I've downloaded (not many apps at all) but this darn first screen will not go away. I'm sure this is an old topic but I really need help. It's driving me bonkers. Thank you for any help.

The only lock screens should be something you can turn off in "Settings". You just need to know the password.
