I just got a used Android nextbook i reset it it powed off came back on and its frozen on a screen that says Encrypting time remaining 00:00. I cant power it off nothing. Can u help me?

I suggest you return it to where you got it from and get a different model. 95% of issues with tablets we see are Nextbooks or RCA tablets.
