Solved! I have a blue line going down the right side of my samsung tv I got rid of it once by changing my tv from time to time but now

My blue line has returned but now it's hard to get rid of it

turn unplugging the cable and plugging them back in, switch the HDMI cable for another one to rule that out.

However it sounds like a failed screen.
