I have a cheap Blu phone that doesn't hold more then 1 app at a time how do I get more

Cheap phone barely any storage..won't let me put apps on phone...well more then 1 at a time!!

By purchasing "cheap" that overall means limited functionality. As well as durability, available storage, etc..
