I have a dual camera but can only view the rear view on the camera but not my PC - why?

How do I view rear view pictures on my PC. I have a BMW dual car camera.

Did you check with support for the camera? Maybe only one view is recorded.

On the camera it is showing that both front and rear are recording, but when I put the sim card into the computer, it only shows front recording but not the rear. I have checked with BMW customer service/support and they are looking into it but no feed-back yet.

I haven't as yet checked with support. The garage that installed the camera is supposed to be getting feedback but I am trying all ways to solving the problem myself.
