I have a hp laptop stream intel inside. Won’t charge just displays the hp logo and said automatic repair being started then

I have hp laptop stream intel inside. When I turn it on the hp logo shows and says automatic repair being done then goes to black screen. Been doing this for 2 days. Can someone help me out here?

Is this a new laptop? Also, have you tried pressing f10 or the delete key on bootup? This should take you to a bios menu.
