I have a HTC 7HD cant connect to net.

,i live in pakistan and i cant connect it with net because ,wen i connect my cell with my laptop and try to singin through ZUNE it doesnt give an option of pakistan ,so wat do i do?
plus i dont dont who to connect my cell with wifi as the cell gives no option of inputing IP address ,so what exactly do we have do?
