I'm assuming you have the original Gen 1 Kindle Fire. To answer your question, no, you can't. I don't think there are any Bluetooth dongles that would fit into a micro-USB port (which is what the charging port for that model is).

Hello. I'm a bit confused. Why do you need a charging port? Just go into "settings" , then go into "wireless & VPN". After that, go into "Bluetooth" and switch to "on". This should enable Bluetooth connectivity. Hope this helps.
