Which universal remote is best to use on an koss 5 disc cd/dvd surround system 5 speakers and a subwoofer i dont wanna get just any remote id like for it to be able to work all the functions the system has to offer its model number is a ks2503 and also whats the best thing to clean the lens with it keeps skipping even on brand new dvds

As for cleaning the lens the best way is to open the unit and carefully clean it with a lint free swab and isopropyl alcohol. It may not help. A weak laser can also cause skipping,
Don't buy the remote until you get the skipping problem fixed.
