I have a Lenovo thinkpad twist is it possible to take the SSD and put it in another computer of the same model and access all

Solution

If it's an mSSD like the kind that is standard on most current Lenovo units I believe it is. If it's just a regular 2.5" SSD it should work fine in any machine.

Ibelieve it is the standard 2.5in unit that slides out of the side of the machine.
Once I get my hands on the second computer I'll give it a go.

If all you need is to get the files from the drive, you can install it as a seconadry in any computer and get them.

If you want to boot from that drive into the operating system, it has to be the same model with the same hardware or there will likely be issues with booting (often no boot device found or a bluescreen scrash).
