I have a LG 3 and i need deleted activity for October 31, 2016 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Hi, I have a LG escape 3.My activity- history for October- 31-2016. Between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm got deleted. Is there anyway to recover this information, this is very important to me. Please help if you can. Thank you.
